Douglas Dry Gin was created to be the antidote to the convoluted, somewhat tongue-in-cheek flavour spectrum which has taken hold of late in the industry. This is a pure, clean, balanced gin, designed to be drunk in gin-forward cocktails (particularly the martini), and to be savoured. This is one of the few gins which can be enjoyed neat, over ice. The recipe details are a closely guarded secret, but the savoury element you can sense on the nose is bay.
